I was born and raised in Fitchburg and graduated from Fitchburg High in 2000. I went to Framingham State College and graduated in 2004 with a degree in Fashion Design and Retailing and a minor in art. From there I went to Boston and worked as a seamstress in the Boston Ballet Costume Shop for 3 years as well as the Santa Fe Opera House for a summer.
I worked as a professional nanny for several years, then went back to school and earned my cosmetology license and worked on Newbury Street for several years in one of the high end salons there.
I moved back to Fitchburg in 2011 and worked as a teacher’s aide at St. Anthony’s and then when I had my daughter I worked as a nanny for a family for 4 years.
I started as an aide in the Little Red School House here at St. Anna’s in the Fall of 2016. I then moved up to Kindergarten and was the aide there for two years and this year is my first year teaching Kindergarten.
I have a 7 year old daughter Eleanor who is in second grade at St. Anna’s. In my spare time I love to read, paint, garden and watch Manchester City play in the Premier League. My daughter and I are both very active in Girl Scouts and love to go to the beach for adventures.
