REGISTRATION- LAST CHANCE before Fee Increases
April Fools Blizzard Special- Last Chance to turn your registration form and $125 fee in Monday Morning before the Registration Fee increases to $250.
All returning students need to fill out the new registration form. We have waiting lists for several grades and spaces will be opened up to them on April 7th. If you do not re-register, you could lose your child’s spot.
THEATRE AT THE MOUNT- "James & The Giant Peach"
Students in grades K-5 will be attending the Theatre at the Mount play “James & the Giant Peach” at Mount Wachusett Community College on Monday April 10th at 9:30. We will be traveling by bus and need to leave school by 8:45. Students will be dropped off at school at 8:15 that day. The cost of the trip is $5 to help cover the cost of the ticket. The PTO and Leominster Cultural Council have helped pay for the ticket and bussing costs to make this trip possible.
Please fill out and return the PERMISSION SLIP with the $5 to your child's teacher ASAP. Additional permission slips are available in the office or a note or email providing permission is also acceptable.
Let us finish Lent strong by making a small donation to support the food insecure students of Leominster through Kylee's Kare Kits. We can still use individual snacks and Juice BOXES this week....

SPRING PHOTOS- RESCHEDULED
We will have our Lifetouch Spring Photos on Thursday, April 6th
This is an Out Of Dress Day- as our Spring pictures are always out of dress. We will send new flyers home closer to the date for those that did not send one in already. You can choose your pose and background. All students will have their picture taken unless you send in the Form with a note you do NOT want your child’s photo taken or even a separate note excusing your child from photos.
There is no money needed on picture day. In a couple of weeks, you will get a packet of pictures. You then pay for the pictures that you want and return the ones you do not want.
Preschool- All preschool students are invited to come have their photo taken. We will get preschool students who do not come on Thursdays- in for their photos whenever you arrive between 9:00-10:30.
Our annual father/daughter dance will be held on Friday, April 7th at St Anna’s from 7:00-9:00 PM. We invite fathers or other male role models to celebrate a night out of dancing with their special girls. Tickets are on sale in the office: $20.00 per couple and $5.00 for each additional daughter. Tickets are NOT sold at the door. Please plan ahead. You can purchase a father/daughter photo for $10 before or at the event. Music by DJ Proietti and lots of sweet treats! (this is a No mom event- sorry!)..
Mrs. Priddy is looking for some bakers to provide some sweet treats (cookies, brownies) for this super sweet event. We also need a few helpers that night... contact Mrs. Priddy for more info.
DANCE PARTY MANIA!
Students in Grades 3 – 8 are invited to put their math, science and problem solving skills to work at our next Design Squad Event on Saturday, April 8th from noon to 4pm in the school gym.
Thank you to the Leominster Cultural Council for Sponsoring our Design Squad program! The day consists of 2 engineering projects and one chemistry project. Refreshments and pizza will be available.

Calling all parent engineers and volunteers! We need your help to continue this wonderful day for the students. Parent volunteers are assigned to a group of 4-5 students and you work with them throughout the day, guiding them through the different projects.

Due to the 7 snow days we have had this year…. The following changes have been made to the calendar.
Our last day of school is currently June 23rd- We were granted a Bishop’s Day when Bishop McManus was here for Grandparent’s Day and we intend to use that day on June 23rd- making our current last day of school June 22nd which will be an early dismissal day. We have also had to push back the following events by a week:
8th grade graduation will be June 15th
Preschool graduation will be June 16th
Field Day will be June 9th
PTO Officer Nominations-
The PTO is planning for their election for the April Meeting or right after depending on the method of voting- The new officers would transition to begin their roles in August. If you or someone you know would like to be nominated for one of the executive board positions- please email Mrs. French.
President: The President will preside at all meetings using Roberts Rules of Order, and executive board, serve as the primary contact for the principal, represent the organization at meetings, serve as an ex officio member of all committees. The President will approve purchase requests for submittal to the principal/headmaster. The final approval is required by the principal/headmaster. The President or his/her designee shall attend school board meetings as requested.
Vice President: The Vice President shall coordinate the public announcement of any PTO events at the direction of the President/Principal. The Vice President is to assist the President with public announcements, advertising, and media coverage for respective fundraisers. The Vice President shall oversee and coordinate fundraisers as appropriate. The Vice President will also carry out the President’s duties in his/her absence.
Secretary: The Secretary shall keep all records of the organization, take and record minutes, prepare the agenda, handle correspondence and send notices of meetings to the membership. The Secretary will ensure that all minutes from meetings are posted on the St. Anna website in a timely manner for all members to review. The Secretary also keeps a copy of the minutes book, bylaws, rules (including Roberts Rules of Order), membership lists, and other necessary supplies and brings them to the meetings.
